The initial phone screen was a positive experience, but the second interview was terrible. The interviewers seemed downright disinterested to the point that it was a bit rude. If you know you don't want to hire someone, don't interview them, and at least have the courtesy to send a rejection email (particularly after two interviews) instead of completely ghosting them. I hope other/future applicants are treated with more respect, particularly considering Coxe Curry are interviewing people it is very likely they will work with in the future as consultants.
