Interview process was great - got to meet lots of people from the business and team and get a real sense of culture and fit. Calls were easy to set up and arrange, and the whole process was really quick.

Interview
Total of 6 rounds of interview including screening. Some of them went over an hour which is over 6 hours. Completely waste of time and unnecessary for the size of the company. I have worked for big companies only before and they never had that many rounds of interviews except for Big 4 because they are consulting firm. This position was for OM. It clearly tells you how unstable their current structure is. They definitely have to revisit their hiring process.
