They first ask you to do what they call a "Mental Agility Test". After, it comes the technical interview where the dev manager tries to sell you the company and then a tech lead enters and after just stating her name, she starts asking questions as if the interview was a timed game-show. Then the next step is a technical test you do offline and after that I don't know The process is completely detached of any human touch and it sends red flags about whether it is a good idea to work there.
