Interview
The staffing agency first interviewed me to see if i was a fit for the position. Then a phone screen took place to see if my phone skills were topnotch. after the phone screen a interview was conducted at Copanion. The sales manager and the VP of sales both conducted an interview. In one week i was hired for the position.
