Two screening interview with the recruiter to discuss the company and my qualifications for the role. After getting in touch with a few past employees, I chose to drop the process since their description of the company and account differed from that given to me by the recruiter.
(I encourage all folks to do this, especially as companies ask for referrals themselves.)
In addition, the compensation offered was a small fraction of what would be the market rate for the types of qualifications they wanted. Months later, there still isn't a hire for the position.
