Interview
The first step is an interview with HR (30 mins). I got mine through a referral. Then I had an interview with a Senior Consultant working for the department I applied for. That also lasted 30 minutes. I was supposed to get a homework (1-2 hours) and a final interview with a director, but they decided to go for the other candidate before they sent me the homework.
This company required multiple rounds of interviews and required a take home assessment in addition to that. After jumping through all of those hoops, they just stopped responding completely and ghosted me.

Questions were basic competency questions about how to do certain things in the role.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Control Risks (Bogota, Cundinamarca)
Interview
Three round of interviews with different teams and managers from different countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom, and Colombia. The interview included a mix of technical and conceptual questions
