Two phone interviews and one written test
1st phone interview was with the HR, followed by a written test on case studies and translation tasks. The final interview was with the project director.

L'entretien de conseil était bien organisé et professionnel. Les questions étaient standard et l'interviewer courtois. L'expérience a été conforme à mes attentes, sans surprises particulières. Une procédure classique et efficace pour ce type de poste.

Interview
I was first interviewed by the head of the team for about 30 min to make sure I had the right skillset and our ambitions were aligned. After I was invited for a written assessment, in which I was asked to complete two tasks of analysing business risk and giving recommendations. One task was in English and the other in French. I didn't get the job, but I had an overall good experience and it seems like a good place to work.
