The hiring process involved two interviews - an inital, somewhat general one, and if you made it past that one, a more technical one (however I did not make to the second interview). The first one consisted of fairly typical interview questions, such as questions about items on your resume, what do you think your biggest weakness is, etc. They also asked about outside projects.

The most difficult for me involved the outside project question. I hadn't done many projects outside of school, so I fell short there. If you're going to interview for this position, make sure you have a project to talk about!
