Great process of getting to know the team while they evaluated my technical and management skills. About 6 people in a combination of phone and zoom/video conference meetings. Well coordinated and flexible on schedule.

Question 1
Describe an architecture you created and the salient points on what was significant for each piece. Why you made those design decisions, what problem did it solve, the constraints you had to work within and other options considered.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Confluent (Madrid)
Interview
The process was very fast and straight to the point, and honestly I prefer that rather than the classical therapy questions. First videocall with the recruiter, then with the TAM manager (understanding the position) and then two more with two different TAMs (technical verbal exam). I didn't pass this last step.
