Interview
I passed all the interview stages: personal assessment test, interview with the team lead and difficult assignment test. The last stage was with the HR partner who just explained me my PI results and that was the end of the process. Few times I heard a good feedback on my results. After a delay, they told that they hired someone else.

Question 1
Write a smart contract (technical assignment task)
Very lenient, where they do an initial screening round to determine the fit of the candidate & judge their overall skills. The process could have been even more smooth & detailed/informative.

Interview
2 online tests, after a 1 hour long interview, then the 2 tests in person again, to make sure that you didnt cheat the first time. Took a very long time, asked back about the position multiple times, always responded with them wanting more time.
