Interview
It was evident that I was being interviewed for a specific project that Concord was bidding for. I feel like my questions for the firm had not been answered honestly, but that is normal with consulting agencies.
The "first and final" offer that was made by them was laughable. When I declined a second, marginally less offensive, offer was made.
It is generally an informal interview process. They are not generally selective. It is a numbers game to them, if they have a project that needs staff augmentation, they will propose you to the client.
