The interview had three parts. First, we talked about my background with a recruiter and how I fit with the company. (She did a great job by the way) In the second part, we went deeper into my skills and how I handle different situations. There's a final part with a practical task related to the job. It's a hands-on test to show what you can do. There were lot of questions on past experiences that were similar to what they were looking for. It was a good way to talk about my skills and show what I can bring to the team.
