They reached out to book an initial phone interview. Booked the interview a couple of days out, but they never called. I emailed them after the scheduled time, but never got a response. Very unprofessional and rude - a complete waste of time.

Good and straight to the point. The entire recruitment process was very friendly and feedback was always timely. It was done in 3 interviews, first with the recruiter then a project manager and a team leader. It was just general questions about behaviour and motivations, also some role plays or fast pace questions
