In person interview.
Interviewer seemed to have no plan for how to conduct it, appeared to be below management level. Didn't ask many questions, just repeated my CV back to me. Everyone was nice but the process seemed a bit disorganised.
I was told they would contact me within a week- never called, emailed, nothing. Very disappointing after travelling out to attend in person.
