The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Complete Healthcare Communications, Inc.
Interview
I was asked to do a writing evaluation with a two week time limit. I felt motivated so I decided to take on the assignment, even though it ended up being more demanding than I had anticipated (18 hrs). After turning it in, the recruiter gave me a one week estimated response time. I followed up 3 weeks after hearing nothing. She immediately responded that they would not proceed further. Clearly I was not a fit but after all that work, a follow up is expected. As far as I know the recruiter had no intention of informing me of this decision had I not asked.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Complete Healthcare Communications, Inc. (Chadds Ford, PA) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was about 2 hours. I met with the upper management, the account management side and a panel of people from the project management side. I was told that a second interview would be forthcoming, and that I would also need to submit a test. I submitted the test, but did not hear about the second interview. I followed up and never received a response.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Complete Healthcare Communications, Inc. (Chadds Ford, PA)
Interview
Initial phone interview; medical writing/editing test (4 to 12 hour home assignment) is assessed by several medical directors; if test scores are competitive, expect on-site; interview with HR, account director, SVP of editorial and content development, 2-3 medical directors
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All questions were expected - interviewers do not have formal training in what questions to ask so typically ask realistic, practical questions about ability to do the job, manage subordinates, and cooperate with peers; expect questions about previous employers' procedures/routines; most difficult was about managing poor quality work by subordinates
