Compassionate Community Care interview questions

I submitted my resume through my college's job website, and was contacted within days to interview. They said that it would be a 2-3 hour interview, and so I scheduled it the next day. I arrived and discussed the job specifications and my resume with the executive director for about an hour. She was very welcoming and open about the requirements of the job. Then there were your more typical interview questions about experience in all areas of completing the job, as well as questions about my strengths and weaknesses, ect. It was a pretty thorough, but typical interview. After that, I was asked to create a sample flyer for an event, a newsletter, and fill out a spread sheet. I made a decent attempt, and I was there for a total of four hours.
