Interview
Three tiered process. I met with the DM first and went over my qualification. Mostly items I discussed with the recruiter ahead of time. Then I met with the RVP. This process felt like it was center around the candidate being a cultural fit with the client. And if all goes well you meet with the client and at the point the client decides if you will be on-boarded.

Interview
Phone interviews first..HR, hiring manager, others. Then In person interview & tour. Asked specific client related questions - was given vague answers related to stability of client, which would directly relate to ability to run a profitable operation.
