Applied through indeed.com, was contacted by the supervisor for the position. Interview was straight forward, more of a check to see if you the potential employee is agreeable to the position. They inform that they have a 120 day trial period. Benefits also do not start until after this period. They provide all the training but coming in with knowledge beforehand can help jump start the process.

Question 1
Company is looking for dependable and reliable people. The position handles the computer support for banks. So your going to have to prove a clean record. The only surprising question was the declaration that many of the employees were Christians and that their faith was important to them, the question was does this present a issue at all.
