Extremely rude and unprofessional woman who rolled her eyes with all my responses to her questions. She made sure to get a copy of my driver's license but had me fill out no paperwork -- no application, no authorizations, no I9, and asked for no references. Asking for a driver's license during the first interview before an offer is made and before the applicant confirms they are interested in continuing the screening process is wrong. Age discrimination is alive and well. She wanted to see how old I was before dealing with paperwork. Unbelievable.

Make sure that you list your work experience as a reference. They asked you about who you are as a person while you're very interested in the company. And they're very friendly.
