I met with the manager for the team I would be joining. Process was very straight forward and I almost felt like he was trying to get me not to take the job. But I am glad he approached the interview the way he did. No sugar coating,

The interview process is long but moves along fairly decently. The first interview is a professional type of interview asking about previous jobs. The second interview is a role play, and this interview can make or break you.
