I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast
Interview
The interview process was intense, which in retrospect could be predictive of the hiring manager's style. Also, note that this position has been "re-posted" twice in 6 months, which also might also be foreshadowing. First-round was intensive and consisted of two parts: 1) a timed, videotaped "interview" with three questions and 2) an interview with the hiring manager + an HR rep. The HR was highly skilled and competent. The hiring manager was defensive and aggressive and dismissive of the HR rep.

Provide an example of your experience advancing DE&I.
Applied directly on company website. A recruiter working with Comcast reached out through e-mail to set up screener interview via phone call. The next step was to meet with an internal team member via Microsoft Teams. The third round was with an additional team member via Microsoft Teams. The process was easy and the interviews were conversational.

Interview
Intensive, took several weeks. Started with a phone screening, then self guided video interview and several panel style interviews. Process lasted just over a month long and took a while to receive responses on next steps.
I applied online. I interviewed at Comcast in Oct 2023
Interview
I was contacted by a Comcast recruiter and was asked to answer a few questions and provide availability for a virtual interview the following week. The interview never took place. Two weeks went by, and after I inquired for a status update, I was informed I was no longer in consideration for the position. I found the process to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. Obviously, Comcast doesn't "value their candidates" as much as they claim to.
