I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I first applied online in November. I was contacted for an interview in late December and had a phone interview in January. The entire process was very unprofessional. First of all, the interviewer told me she would call from 9-12 but I did not receive a phone call until 3. The interview itself was pretty straightforward and only lasted 7 minutes or so, but I was interrupted and put on hold at one point. I was told I would receive an email or phone call within two weeks notifying me of my status. After two weeks I followed up with my interviewer and received no reply. After another week, I followed up with my campus rep, who said I would receive an email within two more weeks. Three weeks later, I finally received an email notifying me that I would not be moving on to the next round of interviews.
Not too many rounds, but I was asked questions like "tell me about a time when," at every round. They mainly seemed to be looking for impacts being made and results.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you implemented an idea.
It was an Online assessment which had unlimited attempts. Four questions where you self recorded yourself. Questions were about why you want to work there, what you bring, tell me about yourself, why are you interested.
Very easy process. Hirevue then an HR screener. Two interviews: one with the hiring manager and one with director. All behavioral and expected questions (TMAY, challenge you’ve faced, list competitors)
