I had worked in a different department previously, and knew what to look for, but was no longer employed. After no longer being with the company, it's virtually impossible to get back in without human contact; the website tends to automatically reject former employees. I called recruiters directly inquiring about available positions. Narrowed everything down to location and skill set, and was emailed the position application link. Kept in touch with the recruiters via email, and shortly received a call for an interview. The interview was simple and relaxed. They asked basic troubleshooting and networking questions. After the interview, they left you on the room for a while. After returning, they escorted me to a conference room where others were waiting. They took us out one by one to human resources for an official offer, and other information.
