I went to a job fair. Interviewed with two managers. They moved me to the next process which included personality and integrity test. Once passing that you are scheduled for another interview. If you make a pass this interview you are scheduled with an interview with HR representative

I had one interview with the sales manager. It was pretty much a "normal interview' but he did want me to sell him a pen. Lucky for me I used to sell pens.

2 interviews both very in depth, questions role play and past experiences. If you have prior experience, it will not be a hassle. Very direct and formal, provides details regarding the position and what you will be doing in this role

Interview
The interview process felt rushed. I was invited to a first round interview via text communication. The first round interview was via phone. For a first round sales interview, the interviewer seemed disconnected.
