Interview
A zoom interview with two employers asking fairly general interview questions, like how would you handle a difficult customer or what do you bring to this company. Lasted about 20 to 30 minutes and received an email updating me on my interview status 2 weeks late.

Interview
2-3 interviews via phone and/or zoom asking questions about your resume and previous experience you've had in other places. They wanted to know about your experience with running events and working with other people.

Interview
Went through two stages. The first stage was with a standard screening to under my experience and how it correlated with the role, and to learn about the role in more detail - this lasted approximately 30 minutes. The second interview was to meet the team and delve into the specifics of my experience, the opportunities and the challenges this role would face and how to solve for them.
Despite making it to second stage and having a great initial candidate experience, I received no updates for almost a month, followed by an automatic rejection. Disappointing.
Constructive feedback: If making it to second stage in a three-stage or four-stage interview process, it would be great to send the candidate feedback on their interview.
