Interview

Interview
Phone call interview with HR. Then the hiring manager called me a week later. I was still unclear as to what they were looking for. I was excited I made the cut to at least talk to someone on the phone. I got the sense this was a company with "start-up" growing pains and everyone was doing everything, with no one giving feedback.

Interview
From the beggining of the process everything was very user-friendly to me as an applicant. The application process went smoothly, and communication with the recruiters was open, direct, and prompt. The interview process itself was also an enjoyable experience; a two round interview held at the office in Denver.
