Aligns to Clients interview Process. No Collabera specific interview process. It meets Clients expectations in shortlisting the suitable profile for client. One screening from Collabera, and one technical from Client and one Managerial from Client and then HR round from Collabera.

There were 4 rounds of interview. A Technical round and then multiple managerial rounds starting from local team manager to the global CTO from north america. Didn't hear from recruiter again.
