First they will give you the form to fill. Very long interview form. It should be short and sweet. Kindly refurbish interview form.
Corporate Recruiters are very arrogant with the candidates. Not at all polite in nature. They don't have basic ettiquettes. During interview they even didn't have a look at my Resume.
Kindly improve yourself on softskill part.

Interview
Loved the recruitment team that I was a part of. Great role to get a career in recruitment started/fun interview process. Interviewed with my team lead and supervisor who were amazing. Ultimately left for higher compensation but loved my time with this company.
