Cognet Corp interview questions

I had a very beief phone screening process where I had to answer very simple questions. After that I was called for a meeting at the company's office where I was interviewed by the R&D Manager and a team leader. They asked me about my background (professional and personal) and then asked a few technical questions. The algorithmic questions were pretty simple: basic data structures, please explain quicksort, what is a heap and what is the complexity of the insert/remove/extract min operations. then we went to two technological questions: (1) What are "services" in the Widnows O/S? (2) How would you create a Window with a Button using the Win32 API
