Cofense Information Security Program Manager interview questions

The interview process was one of the most interesting I have encountered. While the interviews were not hard, the interviewers were awkward and appeared dishonest by their approach and response. I picked up a sense of a "good ol boy" system and that turned me off. After conclusion of the interviews and conducting further research, it appeared that things are not really going in the right direction for further growth.
