Interview
Applied online, received a response from HR the very next day to schedule a time to chat with her (I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness), then I had two hour-long technical interviews with engineers. The questions asked were very reasonable, and the whole experience was very positive and even educational (after I solved the problem during the first interview, the interviewer explained why he asked that particular problem and how it is relevant to the company's product).
