Coastline Business Strategies interview questions

A 20 minute initial interview. Followed by a call back saying they wanted me to come in for the second round. Second round took place in the team leaders car & she drove us out to the ends of the earth & closed a sale. I was told by the office manager that the team leader would take me out to lunch. She did not. She took us to Subway & made me pay for my food. I should also note that her car was a foul mess. McDonald's trash & cups all over the place. She described the pay structure to me & said there were two options for compensation. 1) strictly commission 2) $400/week salary plus 20% commission. She conveniently omitted the fact that in order to make the $400/week plus commission you have to close 5 sales a week or you will automatically revert to the commission scale.
