In general, the interview process was pretty long and time consuming, as Cloudera insists on having 1-on-1 interview for each round, resulting in 8 rounds of interviews. Also, some of the interviewers and recruiter are not very professional. One of the interviewer cancelled the meeting without notification in advance and another interviewer did not turn on the video at all. There were two recruiters, the 1st recruiter was very nice and profession, but 2nd one clearly had no clue about the interview process. She requested more information from me, and then suddenly disappeared. I followed up with the 1st recruiter and copied the 2nd recruiter, she immediately reappeared and delivered the rejection, saying they usually do not deliver rejection to candidates at all.
