I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudera in Mar 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via Linkedin. After a first call with the recruiter (very open and positive conversation) She scheduled several phone interviews with different people from the leadership team, but also colleagues. Last call was with the HM.
All conversations were very professional but we had always a positive atmosphere during the discussions. After six interviews in two weeks, the HM calls me and gave me the news, that I was hired for the role. Overall a very smooth and transparent process.
Between the interviews, the recruiter asked for my feedback and gave me also feedback from the interviewers. Great process and a positive outcome for me!
