The interview consists of three stages. The first stage is an English proficiency test, which I found fairly easy. There are some free practice materials available online to help you prepare. The second stage involves a task where you are given a sample situation to solve for a customer, using real information to address it. After that, there's an interview with the team, one of whom is in the same position you're applying for, and the other is the manager. Most of the questions during this interview are along the lines of "what would you do if XYZ happened," to assess your problem-solving skills with clients. They also want to get to know you better. Fortunately, everything went well for me. Three days later, I received a congratulations email. Btw make sure you know the role really well! Good luck!
