Technical Interview was solid and offered good insight to the types of problems they were facing. Good hybrid architecture, and technical depth from interviewers was apparent. They were very easy to talk to and I think they'd be great to work with.

Only got a brief conversation with a screener, who was poor to communicate and follow up with, she didn't ask many questions. It seems she tries to put forward as many possible candidates as possible and overwhelms the hiring manager. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to interview, and really feel short changed here as I'm sure the people they ended up interviewing weren't as smart, qualified, or had the industry experience I do. Oh well, that's their lose. My advise to management would be to be more open minded on the people you select to interview.
