I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CloudLinux in Aug 2021
Interview
The L3 technician who conducted the interview was well-versed in the subject but unprofessional communication-wide. He literally had no pants on (don't ask me how I know that) and looked as if he woke up a minute ago. The questions were basic/intermediate whereas their requirements state otherwise (advanced).
Their junior position is an entry-level job whereas they require 3-6 years of experience (not true, against common sense). I know that because I applied for it initially but having spoken with the HR manager for 20 minutes, made him understand that I was over qualified for this position. Their Junior Agents have little or none Linux knowledge so if your knowledge is scare you can give it a whirl.
Be aware that even if you are well-versed technically and answer 80+% of the questions it might be a waste of time since a lack of certain experience might prevent you from getting the job.
I would recommend to apply only if you've got plenty of time and/or want to just have some interview experience as they tend to delay their feedback for weeks without letting you know. I had to contact them myself to get a reply which is unprofessional as I already invested my time, got nothing in return and they made me invest even more.
