Closed interview questions

Primarily online correspondence and over the phone discussions regarding experience. It was a prelim interview and we never went further than an initial one on one. Depth of commitment and supporting staff issues were factors.

So disappointed. They called me and asked me to come to the shop the next day for a job interview. That's what I did, in my opinion the interview went great and I had a good feeling. They said to me that they needed someone immediately so they promised me to call me the other day. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. They didn't called me, they promised and I waited the whole day for a call. I thought maybe something happend and they would call me later in the week but no they never called. So unprofessional. I just don't understand, she was so friendly and I had such a good feeling about the interview and then this happend? She had an interview with only 3 candidates so it isn't that hard to call to the other two and if it is don't make a promise. I don't know about that other person but she didn't call me. It's frustrating, just be real.
