I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clio (Burnaby, BC) in Aug 2018
Interview
Straight forward support "project" was to be done to show level of computer comprehension, 30 minute phone interview, skype interview (I was out of town). Last step would have been getting a tour of the office, and meeting with some more people in upper management. I ended up receiving and accepting another offer at a company for a role that I feel I was better suited for at this time, but one of the HR reps, Jen, still invited me to come see the office. I took her up on the offer to checkout their space, and I'm so glad that I did. They have an incredible office - a ping pong room, a yoga room, and a nap room included, and on top of all that, they're dog friendly. Even though everyone was busy, you can tell from the atmosphere (and after speaking with management) that Clio encourages people to be themselves, unapologetically. Probably the best experience I've ever had with an interview process, which continued even after I had accepted another offer.

The recruiter was transparent and direct and gave good insight throughout the process to help me prepare effectively. The entire process was very straightforward and took less than 2 weeks. Mostly behavioral questions that asked about prior experience working in customer support.
