Four months long process, there is no real HR here just folks who are junior who do not use Calendly and a person who does culture. Red flags abound, no one out of the 15 people contacted would speak about their previous experience at this organization. The one person who was willing worked here for a couple of months and said leadership was "out of touch". This is very apparent in how all leadership is European American. They've boxed in the current staff of color to focus on Latino issue areas as if the majority of the audience they are trying to reach are not all New American Majority. This is a Big Green organization acting like Big Green did 20 years ago. The wrong kind of leadership is steering this ship, stay clear.
