It was an interview only with senior management. Seemed engaged but not fully interested. Interview was informal. The introduction was long enough to understand the work objectives and environment. They focus on experiences and make questions on aspirations

Contacted by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn and did the initial interview/screening. All seemed to go well and was then notified they weren't advancing me from a canned corporate email response. I asked for direct feedback why I wasn't being considered further and no response.
