Closed room in-person interview.
All the interviewers took off their masks.
They were still 6 feet apart from another, but I do not understand why there is a need to have in-person interviews without masks in a closed room when thousands of people are dying of COVID-19 every day.
It's irresponsible corporate behavior at its finest.

Basic behavioral questions. No case interviews or anything. Just talk about experience and skills and some of the problems they had that I could help with. Overall pretty standard. One phone interview and one in person

Got contacted by a recruiter, had a phone call to discuss the position and was told to apply to start the process. Recruiter was radio silent for weeks and after going over their careers page, they closed the Analyst requisition and decided to open a Manager instead. Really unusual to receive no communication about it. It would be beneficial to keep your candidates informed of what's going on in the process, even if it's negative news...
