Originally the process had 3 rounds: one HR and two technical. In my case, I ended up having 5.
After the first 3 rounds they didn’t choose me, and I was marked as their second option. All interviews went well, everyone was friendly. After they told me they didn’t pick me, the HR girl mentioned there is another opportunity. She said that if I would like to continue, the next round would be a team‑fit interview. I agreed and restarted the process.
I prepared for a team‑fit interview, but it turned out to be a technical one. Anyway, I succeeded and informed HR about the confusion.
Then came the final interview. I prepared for days, and when I joined, I was surprised to find out — without any prior notice — that it was an online coding session. I felt embarrassed, but I did what I could. Everything went fine except the last task, where the interviewer lost his patience.
Because of all these reasons, I have mixed feelings about them. I think it really depends on which part of Clario is doing the hiring.
