I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Civica (Leeds, England) in Apr 2016
Interview
There was a phone interview followed by a face to face interview. Several standard questions where undertaken before a couple really out there ones. Very friendly people who made the whole process very comfortable. Nice modern offices in Leeds city centre where attractive as well which made the company very appealing and professional when I walked in
The interview process at Civica typically begins with an initial recruiter screening, followed by a short phone or video interview with the hiring team that focuses on behavioural and situational questions. This is usually followed by one or more final interviews with managers or team members, which are often more conversational and focused on cultural fit, communication, and problem-solving ability. The overall process generally takes one to two weeks, though it can vary by role and team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Civica (Melbourne) in Sept 2021
Interview
Friendly and casual-like interview process. The interview consisted of basic behavioural questions and situational questions. However, unlike other interviews i have done in the past, this is an outlier. Mainly because the interviewer was very casual and accommodating

Question 1
Why do you think we should hire you? Why did you apply? Tell me about a time you were in a stressful situation and how did you handle it and what were the outcomes?
