This company’s job postings are a scam. I applied for a Membership Director position advertised at $94k. I received a text message the next day. After a little back and forth the hiring manager admitted their job posting titles and estimated salaries are pure fiction. All of their jobs are entry-level sales jobs. They make up titles and salaries to attract applicants. The position I’d applied for wasn’t actually a Director of anything. When you look at the Salaries tab for this company you’ll see their sales reps are making $10-$11/hr.
