A applied online and gave my resume face to face in a career fair. They like outgoing people. Do your research about the company values, culture and industry. Interview was over the phone it was pretty easy. They want to get to know you, be yourself. After interviewing I didn't hear back from the recruiter which I didn't appreciate. Overall it was okay.
