I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi
Interview
The process took quite a while, but that's just because they want to find the absolute right person for the position. I had a phone interview, which lasted about 20-30 min. She just wanted to know a little about me and my previous jobs, and how I could apply my skills from them to this job (handling money, customer service, multitasking, fast-thinking, organization, etc.)
I then got a call a few days later to come into the branch for an interview with the assistant manager. That lasted about an hour at least. It was a lot of behavioral and situational questions.
A week later, I got a call from the actual branch manager for a third, follow-up interview, which is tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Question 1
Tell me something you didn't like about your previous job.
Walked in and waited a few minutes before the interviewer was ready. Sat down and was interviewed. He seemed to primarily want someone that could fluently communicate in a second language due to the population of the area. I was not as fluent as they needed I assume as I was not offered the job.

Interview
Two interviews 1st with the branch manager then the district manager. My first interview went great the branch manager was very friendly. They're were about 50 questions all very repetitive mainly "tell me about a time..." type questions. I was invited back for a 2nd interview with the district manager she mainly spoke for an hour about the company's expectations she didn't seem to like me.
