Interview
The interview process was fairly standard for an entry-level, hourly position (the role has since changed to salaried). The usual types of questions - Where do you see yourself in five years? What's your greatest weakness? That kind of thing.

Question 1
One question involved being given a mini task in which you had to identify whether news articles were relevant to an imaginary client. It was stressed that this was not key to hiring, but an example of what the work would be like.

Interview
Phone call interview - quick screening call. I then was asked for an in-person meeting at their location. They seemed pretty relaxed and just ready to hire someone who would take the job seriously.
