Interview was nice, they ask very basic questions I have been asked before at other fast food places that I find hard to answer if you’re someone with mental health problems that may cause you to forget things on the spot. My interviewer was friendly but per usual with the “we will contact you in 3 days” bs that is never followed up.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
