First interview was in a group explaining what the store was about. Second interview was about the people who worked there and what there position was and how the store operated with everyone involved

Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
